Day 2

Made it past day 1.  There was food everywhere yesterday- cake at work, pizza at ECFE, etc.  I realized how much of it I would have eaten had I not been watching my intake.  I stayed on track for the most part.

Now on to day 2.  I started my morning off with a small bowl of shredded wheat.  Probably not the best, but I figured something was better than nothing in my tummy.

Overall hunger right now: (1-5, 5 feeling very hungry) 3

Today's goal: 1 diet coke instead of 2 and subsitute with water.

It's been raining here for the past 3 days.  Wish it would quit so we could go outside!  Seems to make the cravings minimal when outside keeping busy!

Day 1

Hello there!

My name is Kim and I've struggled with my weight on and off my whole life.  I can honestly say though that right before I became pregnant with my son in 2005, I was the healthiest I have ever been.  With the help of Weight Watchers, I was able to lose around 40 lbs and weighed around 140-145.

Currently, this is THE biggest I have been my whole life.  I'm a mother of 2 adorable kids (4.5 and 20 months) and wife to the best hubby a girl could ask for.  But something is missing.  I'm living an incredible life stuck inside of a big body.  I want out!

I started weight watchers....AGAIN!  This morning I stepped on the scale and wanted to bawl when it said 192.2.  I felt shame.  How did I let this happen?  I hate looking at pictures of myself because I can see how I've 'let myself go.'

I've been thinking and wondering what to do.  Wondering what kind of goal to set.

Would it be possible to lose 33 lbs before my 33rd birthday on August 4th?  That's 77 days away....and would put me at 159 lbs, a weight I would feel much better at.  While I would love for that to happen, I'll start small.  Today's goal is to look forward to is losing 10 lbs.

Here is my BEFORE pic:

Here are my details and goals:
  • Size 14- Blah!
  • 192.2 lbs - Bigger Blah!
  • Drink more Water
  • Lose 10 lbs in one month and set next goal
  • Start exercising
Here's to a new me!!
