Hello! I'm back and while I'm not 33lbs lighter, I am down some. 4 weeks ago I started WW again (seems to be the story of my life :)) and have gone from 196.2 (yes, I gain since I first started this blog) down to 190.8. I weigh in again on Tuesday so we will see how it goes. I feel like I'm down more but I don't want to get too excited about it. This weight sure does not want to come off. It's hard not to get frustrated but I need to remember it's taken awhile for it to come on.
I promised myself I would start walking 3 days a week. So far I've walked once since last Tuesday so you know what I'll be doing today and tomorrow :)
